TM3 Effective Researcher
Training Module 3: Effective Researcher is a suite of several 1-2 day programmes to enable researchers to be more effective throughout their doctorate and better prepared to move on. This is an adaptation of our partner Vitae’s Effective Researcher programme to the specific needs of PLATO ESRs.

The last module of Vitae’s Effective Researcher programme (TM3) will help ESRs navigate the final year of their doctorate and plan for non-academic secondments.
This course will build on the PhDs' existing skills and research management techniques. At the end of the day, they will commit to a set of realistic objectives to assist them in progressing their development action plan.
The two-day 'effective and collaborative researcher' programme is a variant of Vitae's Effective Researcher programme tailor-made to the needs of PLATO's PhD researchers.
